Chair / President
Jill serves in the board seat reserved for a member of Jeremy Brown’s family. As Jeremy’s wife, she brings the clearest connection to his character, values, and legacy.
Her commitment ensures that the Fund’s decisions remain grounded in the spirit of how Jeremy lived: with humility, compassion, integrity, and an unwavering willingness to show up for others.
Secretary
Meg serves in the board seat reserved for a designee of Behind the Badge Foundation. Her professional experience supporting survivors and families affected by law-enforcement tragedies gives the Fund important subject-matter expertise.
Her friendship with Jill and her understanding of survivor needs, critical incidents, and long-term recovery make her a natural and essential part of the organization.
Treasurer
Matt serves in the board seat reserved for a designee of the Washington State Narcotics Investigators Association. He brings extensive experience organizing and operating the annual cornhole tournament held in Jeremy’s honor.
His history with WSNIA, practical event leadership, and stewardship of the tournament provide continuity between the Fund, the narcotics-investigator community, and the organization’s primary annual tradition.
